After a few messages an appointment was arranged within the hour. From the moment I arrived i was made to feel welcome and put at ease. Once I had went through what was wrong and a Xray was taken. It was then explained that they could help and what that would involve and of course cost was discussed therefore no hiddened surprises. My procedure was a difficult one to say that in the roots where stubborn and difficult to remove. Not once did I feel stressed worried or concerned. I felt that although a difficult removal they had it in hand and were reassuring me throughout. Clear aftercare instructions was given both verbally and written and they advised myself of what the next week would entail. So so happy that they were there to help and I will not hesitate to return ( hopefully i wont need to ) or indeed recommend them to others...
